Andretta is a State of Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist and proud graduate of Baltimore School of Massage. She is board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Before entering the exciting and rewarding world of Massage Therapy and Bodywork, she received her Bachelor of Business Administrative Degree from Strayer University. She also worked in the Residential Property Management field for over 12 years.
AMB Mobile Massage was founded in February 2009. Andretta works with all age groups at Tranquili-Chi Center. Currently, the focus for the mobile practice is Geriatric facility care and Corporate Wellness. On occasion, Andretta will participate in vendor events and massage parties when requested.
Andretta received an advanced certification in Geriatric Massage Therapy from The Day-Break Geriatric Massage Institute. She specializes in age-related health conditions that effect the senior population. Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, Parkinson’s, adult onset Muscular Dystrophy, Cancer and Stroke are just to name a few. Andretta has worked with patients at Keswick Multi-Care Center in Baltimore MD, Springhouse in Pikesville MD, Genesis in Randallstown MD and Levindale in Baltimore MD.

Andretta became a Continuing Education Instructor in 2012. Her classes are focused on improving the quality of life for the elderly and frail population. She offers NCBTMB approved courses for Massage Therapists seeking continuing education requirements.

Andretta offers community classes for caregivers who are seeking guidance when caring for the elderly, the ill and the dying. Andretta is also a part time massage therapy, bodywork and anatomy instructor at The Baltimore School of Massage in Linthicum MD.

In 2017 she became the proud founder of the MT-CEU Learning Library. The Learning Library is an online continuing education platform in which her students from previous classes can review classroom content to refresh their skills. It will also serve as a communication tool to connect new and existing MT’s to a variety of CEU classes offered at the wellness center in Baltimore Maryland.

Andretta believes that our bodies are truly amazing. We need constant peace and balance to maintain wellness. She enjoys being able to help her clients and patients learn how to achieve physical, spiritual, and emotional balance through Massage and Compassionate Touch therapies.
